Pee (played by Oh Anachart) and Kong (played by Fluke) are in love. Well, not straight off. This is what makes me love this kind of genre. In a relationship where two males fall in love, we have a two sided characteristic. One boy is considered the chaser, where the other boy is considered the runner. Let me explain this in full detail. What I mean by a chaser is the that he is usually the one who knows what his heart wants, and he’ll do whatever it gets to get the boy that he loves. I’m talking about all sorts of tactics to get the other boy to notice him. In the case of our story, this is Pee. I absolutely adored his character. Not to mention he executed it well.
Pee is a chaser. He not only chase, but he stalks too. I love it how he constantly tease Kong, in a lovey dovey way though.
Kong on the other hand is the runner. The first scene when they first met, he rightly accused Pee of stealing his mom’s wallet. He is very brave and very logical. Although I don’t agree that he accused Pee of stealing the wallet but I do see where he’s coming from. Pee literally helped his mom from falling. When he disappeared the mom realised that her wallet was missing. Kong came along after. What can I say, it makes sense. Ok, this is my favourite scene. ‘Butterfly fluttering in my stomach’
Kong ran towards Pee and accidentally pushed him over. Pee was mad. When he fell, he was bent down so he didn’t see who pushed him over. I love the look on Pee’s face. We, the audience, can definitely tell that he was pissed off. Let me explained, this scene happened in the hospital. Pee was in the hospital because he had a broken leg due to his car racing accident. Ok, now back to the originally scene where he fell down because Kong accidentally pushed him over. So he looked pissed off, and then all of a sudden, when he saw Kong’s face, his facial expression changed. He literally pulled out his hand for assistant. Now come on dude, you can get up yourself right. You’re a guy. A tough one at that, but no, he wants help. Kong, at this point, didn’t know what to do so he helped Pee up, while Pee was grinding like a tiger. Love it. When all was settled, Kong came to his senses and blurted outright that Pee stole his wallet. Pee was surprised.
Pee said he didn’t steal it, but Kong wouldn’t believe him, saying that right after Pee helped his mom, his mom’s wallet disappear. ‘Now what are you gonna say to that?’ Kong thought to himself. Pee repeatedly says he didn’t steal it. Now this part here, you’ll see that there are some feelings involved, on both sides of the parties. When Kong threaten Pee that he will take him to the police Pee said, Fine, let’s do it. I’ll call them shall I. And Pee started shouting, in the hospital. Kong was embarrassed. ‘What are you doing?’ Kong asked Pee. ‘I’m calling the police’ Pee replied. This made Kong even more flustered, while Pee continued shouting out for the police. When teeth comes to bite, what do you do. Kong resorted to the only way he knew best to shut someone up. He clapped Pee’s mouth with his own hand, in front of public may I say. You see during this scene, both felt something there. Some electricity I suppose since they are in such close proximity. When all is say and done, Kong realised that his mom left her wallet elsewhere. This part is so cute. He said that next time search first before accusing someone like that. This scene that I just described marked the first momento for both parties. For Pee (the chaser) he always use this scene to tease Kong. For Kong, he’s in one hell of a situation everytime Pee bought this subject up.
This should mark the end of their encounter but fate plays a weird game on them. In this case, they meet for the second time when Kong went to Pee’s house as a physiotherapist. Kong is a qualified physio therapist. Pee is the patient.
I will write this again soon.

Jaew Jai Rai Gub Khun Chai Teweda (The wicked Jaew and the Godly Mr Chai)
This lakorn I rated the top, since I watched it for like the 10th time, on repeat, non-stop. (I’m serious when I said I watched non-stop) My sisters were like, you’re obess. I guess I am. This story has all the required elements: Love, envy, status, and comedy. I laughed my head off throughout the whole lakorn. Synopsis: Jaew was summoned from her job at the forest resort to her grandma’s side because her grandma had an accident. Her grandma was worried because no one was able to look after her young charge. So she asked Jew to look after the little boy. Jaew agreed only because her grandma asked her to. What she does not know is that the little boy that she was supposed to look after was acturally a grown up man. What will Jaew do when she finds out. For the character of Jaew, just got to say that I love her. She has this cool essence about her that makes me love her. Mr Chai, is also cool. I love how he is so arrogant but at the end he succumb to Jaew’s charm. For all of you out there who has not seen this lakorn, I suggest to check it out. Very awesome.
Poo Yai Lee Gub Nang Ma (The headman Lee and Mistress Ma)
Again this one is a comedy. I love comedy. This one is set in the country. A quick synaposis: Mistress Ma is a supermodel who is quick well known among the citizens in Bangkok. She is like one of the big stars. Anyway, her grandma own a lot of land in the country. Ma did not want to live in the country because she would have to farm rice in order to make a living. As all lakorn stories go, Ma was summoned from Bangkok, as her grandma left her the land because she passed away. Her grandma said that if she does not want to keep the land, she could only sell it to Headman Lee. Headman Lee was the one that summoned her from Bangkok but she did not know at the time that he was Headman Lee. Anyway, many misunderstanding occurs due to this reasons. This story I give it a 5 out of 5. One of the best of the year.

Hello everyone who is reading my blog. I’m a thai lakorn freak. Well I’m actually a khmer girl who live in New Zealand, but I like to keep up to date with all the asian media, especially thai and khmer. You can just call me Chanthea. I love thai lakorn so much that I sometimes wish that our lives can contain some elements of thai lakorn like the comedy and love theme portrayed in the lakorns. My blog will be dedicated mostly to lakorns that I love plus as a side dish, about my romantic novels that I will be writing. One day I want to become a famous romantic writer. Ok, without further ado, lets get on with the interesting stuff. Ha ha (now I sound like a witch)….to my thai lakorns………………..
